On 19 November, six persons of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation were present at the Copenhagen Centre for Regulatory Science (CORS) Annual Conference. The meeting was organised by the research group of Marieke de Bruin, who is a professor at CORS and also involved in the WHO Collaborating Centre for Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation.
This year’s edition was about the impact of drug regulation on health and society. Bert Leufkens was invited to give a presentation, titled ‘A responsive regulatory system, myth or reality?’. The meeting brought together a wide range of experts (academia, regulators, industry, and patient representatives) from multiple countries. More information can be found on the CORS website.
